After you register in the app, the system will accept receipt issued by the participating stores located in Arena Mall and Mammut Shopping Centre. Invoices do not participate in the program, therefore no points are awarded for them.During receipt uploading, please make sure that the AP code (the numbers at the bottom of the receipt) is included, the receipt is no older than 48 hours from the date of the transaction (the date on the receipt) and the total amount is at least 1000 HUF. Please ensure that the data is legible.

Which receipts does the system accept?

No, we only accept receipts issued by stores located in Arena Mall or Mammut Shopping Centre and participating in the SPOT loyalty program.

Are receipts from other stores accepted?

Not all stores participate in the program. A list of stores that do not participate can be found in Appendix 1 of the rules.

Are all stores participating in the program?

You have 48 hours from the purchase date to scan it.

How many days do I have to scan a receipt?

You will only receive points for uploading one receipt from one store per calendar day. If you upload more than one receipt, points are given for the first receipt accepted, and no points are given for the others.

How many receipts can I upload per day from the same store?

Points are given for the first 10 receipts uploaded within 24 hours and for the first 20 receipts uploaded within 168 hours.

How many receipts can I upload?

The total amount of the receipt must be at least 1000 HUF.

What is the minimum amount that the system will accept?

There is no maximum limit, but you can earn a maximum 2000 points per week (in the past 168 hours).

What is the maximum amount the system will accept?

For purchase over 1000 HUF, 1 point is added for every 200 HUF spent, according to the mathematical rounding rules.

How many points per Forint?

The maximum number of points you can earn in a week (in the past 168 hours) is 2000, regardless of the number and value of the receipts you have uploaded.

What is the maximum number of points I can earn in a week? 

For a successful scan, take a clear photo of the entire receipt. If the scanned data does not match your receipt, you have the option to rescan.

I cannot scan my receipt, what should I do? 

We can only accept receipts with AP code.

My receipt does not have an AP code, what should I do?

No, we only accept receipts with an AP code.

Do I get points for an invoice? 

Click on the "MySPOT" tab under your name click on "Point redemption history", and then click on the "Points" tab.

How do I know how many points I have received for my receipt?

Make sure the receipt complies with the T&amp;C.

I did not get any points for my receipt, why?

You can redeem up to 10 gifts per week (in the past 168 hours).

How many gifts can I redeem?

Log into the app, select the specific shopping center, and click on the gift you want to redeem. Then click on the "redeem the gift" button at the bottom of your screen to reserve the selected item. You will receive an e-mail with the name of the product, description, date of reservation, redemption deadline, and the pick-up location, find the cashier and notify them of your intention to redeem the gift. Then click on the "claim your gift" button, scan the QR code, and fill out the handover document. If you haven't redeemed your reserved gift by the deadline, the gift reservation will be canceled and those points will be deducted.

How can I contact the organizer? 

Click on the profile icon in the top right corner of the main page, than click on the "account settings" tab, then select and approve account deletion.

How can I delete my account?

What extra points can I earn with the app?

Points expire on the last day of the 24th month after you earned. After this period, points will be automatically deleted.

How long may I collect my points? 

To become silver user, you need to gather 3 000 points, and for the gold level, you need 6 000 points. If you spend your points, you will keep the level you have reached. The new level you achieved in the app is valid for 12 months.
