Where can it be purchased?

The Arena Mall Gift Card is available in multiple ways:

• In person: at the ground floor information desk of Arena Mall during the shopping center’s opening hours.
  At the point of sale, payment by bank card is accepted.

  Cash payment is also possible in accordance with the applicable supplementary regulations for cash transactions.

• Online: with the Click & Collect service, the gift card can be picked up at the Arena Mall information desk: arenamall.finpayments.hu

How much does it cost?

• The card can be loaded with an amount between HUF 5,000 and HUF 390,000.

• You only pay the amount you load - there are no hidden fees.

• The card is activated within 30 minutes after purchase.

Important things to know

The amount loaded onto the gift card can be used by the holder for up to 1 year, even in multiple transactions, ensuring a secure and convenient payment method in all stores within the shopping center that accept the gift card.

The card can be loaded with a one-time amount and can be used up to the available balance for 12 months from the date of purchase or activation.

The amount loaded onto the gift card cannot be exchanged for cash and is non-refundable.

How can you check your gift card balance?

You can find out your current balance in the following ways:

• at the information desk;

• by scanning the QR code on the back of the card;

• or on the website arenamall.finpayments.hu by entering the token number located on the back of the card, above the QR code.
