Help is available at the information desk during opening hours (from Monday to Saturday between 10:00 and 21:00, on Sunday between 10:00-19:00).
Security service
At Arena Mall we provide a 24 hour security service for our visitors safety. Our aim is to create a safe, secure shopping environment. The dispatch centre is available 24 hours on the following number: +36 1 880 7012

You can find 1 bank in Arena Mall: Raiffeisen Bank. It has their own ATM machine, but you can also find Unicredit Bank and 2 Euronet machines in the mall (ATM machines are available 0-24).

Men and Ladies restrooms and toilets can be found on both levels at 6 different locations. There are also disabled facilities.

The cloakroom is located on the first floor, in the hallway next to Peek & Cloppenburg. The cloakroom is available between 10:00-19:00 every day.

Family room
You can find comfortable baby changing and nursing rooms on the first floor, in the corridor next to Peek & Cloppenburg and on the ground floor between Hair Gallery and Ruhadoki.
They are the perfect place for parents to change and feed baby. You can pick up the keys at the cloakroom on the first floor, or at the information desk on the ground floor, with a 1 000 HUF deposit and ID check.

Sonax carwash can be found on the P1 level of the parking area in the green zone. It is open every day between 9:00 and 21:00. Services include: outside and interior cleaning, valeting, tyre change, plus car cleaning and valeting products for sale.
Bicycle storage
Bicycle parking spots are available at the Kincsem Entrance and the West Entrance. The parking spot is unguarded, therefore, please always make sure to lock your bike properly.
Free WIFI
You can enjoy our wifi access with your mobile phone or laptop through the whole area of Arena Mall, after a quick registration.
